Changing interpreter from /bin/sh to /bin/bash

bbfw uses many bashisms and will probably not work with a classic borne
shell or variants such as ash or dash.  In this developer's opinion it
is better to expliclitly call bash rather than assuming /bin/sh is
symlinked to bash.
