.SH DESCRIPTION
The \fBbindle_filetostr\fR() function opens the file located at \fIpath\fR and
copies up to \fIsize\fR - 1 bytes from the file into the buffer pointed to by
\fIdst\fR. If the file is smaller than the buffer, the entire file is copied
into the buffer.
.SH RETURN VALUES
If successful, the \fBbindle_filetostr\fR() function returns the number of
bytes copied to the buffer pointed to by \fIdst\fR otherwise errno is set
and -1 is returned.
